1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fa44 ("fa44", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fa44 website, mobile interface, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, and promotional activities (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the fa44 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

To register and use fa44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) registering for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be the subject of any self-exclusion request currently active at fa44 or any other betting platform where cross-exclusion applies.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your account. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or operating your account for the benefit of a third party.

fa44 reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. If a player is found to be ineligible, fa44 may close the account, void all open bets, and, depending on the circumstances, withhold or return funds in accordance with applicable law.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of fa44 services, you are required to register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password of your choosing, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fa44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fa44 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

fa44 offers bonuses, promotional credits, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time the promotion is active, and to the general bonus rules set out below. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general bonus rules, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus play must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested.
• fa44 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• fa44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or offer at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the withdrawal process. Any attempt to misuse, exploit, or circumvent fa44 bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on fa44. Game-specific rules, where they differ from these general rules, take precedence for the relevant game or bet type.

8. Responsible Gaming

fa44 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no cost. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and take effect promptly upon activation.

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount to control your spending.
• Session time reminders — receive an alert after a defined period of continuous play so you can make an informed decision about whether to continue.
• Cooling-off periods — take a temporary break from betting for a defined number of days without closing your account permanently.
• Self-exclusion — request a full self-exclusion from fa44 for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not be targeted by any marketing communications.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fa44. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and being reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one fa44 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with fa44 in any manner not explicitly permitted.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using fa44 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain without promptly reporting the issue to fa44 support.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or any fraudulent activity in relation to your fa44 account or any associated payment method.

fa44 employs monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, fa44 will take all appropriate measures including account closure, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

fa44 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. The following sets out the main circumstances under which account action may be taken.

All content on the fa44 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall design and compilation of the platform — is the property of fa44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the fa44 platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any fa44 content without express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fa44, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the fa44 platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, system failures, or any other intangible loss.

fa44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fa44 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform, the accuracy of information on the platform, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.

13. Amendments to These Terms

fa44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fa44 will notify registered players by publishing the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the fa44 platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
